Transformation of a derelict high street unit to provide bright, vibrant premises for a new business.

Tapioc

Location: Camden, London

Sector: Commercial

Status: Built

Having been empty for years, with damp problems and no natural light, this property required complete refurbishment and layout alterations to unlock it’s potential. The new premises provide a welcoming and joyful home for an exciting new business, providing a eye catching destination on the high street.

Our services included gaining planning permission within a conservation area, interior design, co-ordinating a complex fire strategy and administrating the building contract.

A new vaulted ceiling with generous skylights draws people to the rear of the building and transforms a previously dark back of house area. Creative use of lighting sparks intrigue and interest to attract customers in from the street.

Designing bespoke furniture and thinking creatively about seating, we helped to utilise the limited space available and maximise customer numbers.

The colour scheme reflects the company branding, creating an enjoyable and playful space to work and visit.
